Training Beauty & Beyond may use information about you as follows:
1. To assist with the completion of your application for finance.
2. For assessment and analysis purposes. This includes working out your suitability for a credit product based on how you have managed previous and current financial products, your current financial position and how often you have applied for and used credit products such as bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and mobile phone contracts. It also includes market and product analysis.
3. To help us develop and improve our services to you and other customers and protect our interests.

Finance Agreement and Application Form – we may store this information if necessary to ensure we comply with our regulatory reporting and legal obligations on our CRM system, website and learning platforms.
Personal details for marketing – we may store your personal information for marketing activities for the duration of your finance agreement plus 2 years. Alternatively, if you have not taken out a finance product, for a period of up to 3 years following your application.
Document Proofs – We may store your proofs of ID documentation only where necessary to fulfil our regulatory responsibilities if required.

2.5 When you purchase a course
2.5.1 What personal data do we collect?
When you purchase products from us online, we ask you for your name, address, contact telephone number, email address, credit card information, date of birth & gender. We also record your IP (Internet Protocol) address, which is the address of your computer on the Internet.
We require this information to process your payment, deliver your products or services and fulfil our contract with you. We record your IP address for fraud prevention. We will also send you a receipt via email and we may use your telephone number to contact you regarding your purchase. For certain courses relevant data may be shared with awarding bodies for the purpose of certification.
Your information is stored on our website and on our servers, which are based within the European Union. Your credit card details are passed to a third-party payment processor which is based in the EU. We do not retain your credit card number. Where payments are made over a number of instalments, we store a ‘token’ provided by the payment processor. This enables us to collect payments without storing your personal card details.
We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.
We keep your order information for a seven years period, after your last contact with us, or the last time you logged into one of our systems, whichever is the latter.

When you take part in our feedback survey, we record your gender, age bracket, ethnicity, location, household income bracket & employment status as well as your answers to questions we ask about your opinion of, and use of, our products and services.
