You can get started right away! Schedule a call with one of our career consultants through the calendar to discuss your goals and complete your enrolment. Afterward, your assigned makeup tutor will contact you to introduce themselves and guide you through the induction process.
WILL I BE ABLE TO START MY OWN BUSINESS?
Absolutely! We specialise in providing training for both the practical skills and how to set up and run a successful business.
We believe it's important to be a master in both areas to maximise your success.
Our business training covers important aspects such as social media presence, client booking abilities, company registration processes, insurance, and SO much more!
DOES THE LOGO & BRANDING DESIGN COST EXTRA?
No, it doesn't! We are proud to be the only beauty school in the world that offers our students the opportunity to work with our in-house design team to create a logo and brand image for your new business... How EXCITING!
This service is completely free of charge and included with all of our courses. You will also have full rights to use them however you please.
DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE IN MAKEUP BEFORE STARTING?
Most of our students have no prior beauty experience whatsoever!
The only prerequisite for our courses is a stable internet connection. We recommend using a large screen (tablet or laptop) for studying, as most of the content is video-based.
However, you are free to study on whatever device you find most comfortable.
ARE THERE ANY DEADLINES?
Nope! You’ll have lifetime access to the courses you enrol in, allowing you to complete them at your own pace. There are no deadlines. If you need a refresher or want to double-check your work, feel free to log back in whenever you wish.
HOW DOES THE ONLINE TUTOR SUPPORT WORK?
Once you enrol in a course, your tutor will schedule a convenient time to call you, introduce themselves, and explain your next steps. It's a great opportunity to get to know your tutor and ask any further questions you may have.
Throughout the course, you can schedule private 1-1 coaching sessions with your tutor via video chat to enhance your skills and address any areas you find challenging.
CAN I FAIL THE MAKEUP COURSE?
Nope. The courses are all competency-based learning, which is a fancy way of saying they’re personalised and flexible. This approach allows you to study at your own pace without the fear of deadlines or failure!
This system lets you revisit the same topic as many times as needed until you’ve mastered the skill and achieved the desired outcome.
We believe it’s essential for students to learn in a way that best suits their individual learning style, so study on your terms, smile, and enjoy the learning process!
HOW DO THE ASSESSMENTS WORK?
Our courses include a mix of multiple-choice and practical assessments. Don’t worry, most of the assessments are practical, as beauty services are primarily hands-on. There are no written exams... yay!
Your tutors will guide you on how to submit your assessments correctly and will support you throughout the process.
DO I HAVE TO TRAVEL ANYWHERE TO BECOME QUALIFIED?
No, you don’t. You can be anywhere in the world! All assessments are conducted online, allowing you to earn your accredited makeup qualification from the comfort of your home.
I HAVEN'T STUDIED ANYTHING IN A LONG TIME... WILL I RECEIVE HELP?
Don’t worry, many students feel the same way. You’re not alone! Your tutors are there for you every step of the way, and there’s no pressure from us.
You’ll be able to arrange live 1-1 coaching with your assigned makeup tutor, who can quickly troubleshoot any issues you’re facing.
